An established multinational company with its head office in Europe was looking to raise a significant amount of capital from institutional investors in the Americas. They approached us to consult and assist with their fundraising campaign.

Our work

Thanks to our proven track record in arranging large-scale, cross-border roadshows we created an extensive programme to connect our client with potential investors. Our work included:

  • Investor profiling and targeting

  • Market research and analysis

  • Devising the story messaging and investment proposition

  • Developing all marketing collateral, including factsheets and presentations

  • Managing the roadshow logistics and facilitating follow-up meetings with potential investors

Our Impact

The roadshows introduced our client to several investors who were attracted by their potential and by its conclusion they had eventually raised over $100m.
